- The exhibition hall of our museum is a confined space, it is recommended to wear masks to enter the museum, and drunk people and people with improper clothing (including those who are too revealing, wearing slippers, etc.) are not allowed to enter the museum.
- Smoking is prohibited in the venue, please do not throw away sundries at will, and consciously maintain environmental hygiene.
- Please take the security check when entering the museum. The following items should be disposed of outside the museum and are not allowed to be brought into the venue:
- All kinds of flammable and explosive materials (including balloons), corrosive materials, all kinds of controlled knives and other dangerous goods;
Printed materials, promotional materials, slogans, banners, flags, etc. in violation of relevant laws and regulations;
foods with pungent odors; - pets or other animals;
- Other items that may affect the safety of the audience or exhibits (see the Catalogue of Prohibited Items at the Guangdong Museum of Art for details).
4. Liquid drinks are not allowed in the museum area, there is a free drinking water area in the museum, and eating and drinking are prohibited in the exhibition hall and non-catering areas.
5. In order to maintain the order and good environment of the exhibition hall, please cooperate with the management of the staff during the visit and do the following:
- Keep a safe distance when queuing and visiting the exhibition.
- Please refrain from making loud noises, running, chasing, fighting, climbing, or lying down in the venue.
- Please consciously take care of the exhibition and service facilities, and it is strictly forbidden to climb over the fence and guardrail, touch, deface or destroy the exhibits.
- Flashes, selfie sticks, tripods, gimbals and other auxiliary photographic equipment must not be used for taking photos and videos; Members of the media who need to use the above tools for their work should register in advance. Please refrain from photographing exhibitions where photography is restricted.
- Visitors are allowed to bring their own hand-held sketchpads with an area no larger than A4 (21cm×29.7cm), and use carbon pencils or watercolor pens to copy non-framed exhibits, and other painting materials are not allowed. The use of paintbrushes and paper in the museum must be carried out in the designated area, subject to the on-site guidelines. Please cooperate with the staff's instructions.
- Without the permission of the museum, no unit or individual may carry out activities such as explanations, lectures, investigations, performances, commercial shooting, self-media live broadcasts, and commercial recordings in the museum.
- All kinds of public welfare activities provided by our museum to the public are free of charge; It is forbidden for social institutions or individuals to use the resources of the venue to carry out commercial activities without authorization.
- 6. According to the relevant work requirements, when the density of people in the museum exceeds the carrying capacity, or in the event of major or temporary activities of our museum, our museum will divert the audience or suspend admission according to the situation, please follow the arrangement of our museum, if this causes inconvenience, please understand.
7. In case of various emergencies, please follow the instructions of the staff and evacuate according to the designated route.
If the above provisions are violated, the security department of the museum has the right to terminate the behavior and order the person to leave.
8. Personnel and their units who refuse to obey management, disrupt the normal order of visits, and cause adverse impacts will be investigated for relevant responsibilities in accordance with the law according to the severity of the circumstances.

Visitors can collect the exhibition information and other materials free of charge at the service center.
Depository services
If you need to store your luggage, you can store it by yourself in the storage area, or leave it at the service center after passing through the security check; Please carry valuables (such as laptops, tablets, cameras, mobile phones, etc.) with you to avoid loss.
Convenient service
Visitors can register at the service desk with valid ID to borrow wheelchairs, strollers and other convenient facilities and equipment for free.
Lost & Found
If you lose an item in the museum, please register it at the front desk in time. If you have already left the museum, you can call 0512-62865756 for consultation.

If you feel unwell in the museum, you can ask for help at the service center.
Emergency response
If you suddenly feel unwell or accidentally injured, please contact the staff in time, if the situation is urgent, the staff will assist in contacting first aid and sending you to the hospital; If you are separated from your family or friends in the museum, please go to the service center and ask the staff to provide you with a search service.
