II. Accessibility

Information Desk: 1F, Hall 1

  • Wheelchair and baby stroller are available for free hire with valid ID.
  • First aid kit are available for all visitors in need.
  • If you lose belongings, get separated from your group, or feel unwell during your visit, please reach out to Suzhou MoCA staff immediately.
  • For all general enquiries, please email  market@suzhoumoca.com for more information.

III. Plan Your Visit

By High-Speed Train:

  • Suzhou Station (苏州站): Take Metro Line 4 to Sunwujinianyuan, then transfer to Line 8 to Suzhou Museum of Contemporary Art (Exit 1).
  • Suzhoubei Station (苏州北): Take Metro Line 2 to Yangchenghuzhonglu, then transfer to Line 8 to Suzhou Museum of Contemporary Art (Exit 1).
  • Suzhouyuanqu Station (苏州园区):Take Line 8 to Suzhou Museum of Contemporary Art (Exit 1).

By Metro: 

Line 8, Suzhou Museum of Contemporary Art (Exit 1).

By Bus:

  • Daily: Take Bus 121 or Bus 219 to Ferris Wheel Park. 
  • Weekends and Public Holidays: Take Bus 1030 or Jinji Lake Holiday Tourist Line to Suzhou Museum of Contemporary Art Museum. 
     

Parking:

Parking is available at the the Museum Underground Car Park, which has limited capacity during opening hours.

You may also park at:

  • Jinji Lake Right Bank Pier Car Park: No. 77, Right Bank Street, Suzhou Industrial Park.
  • Hotel Indigo Suzhou Jinji Lake Car Park: No. 80, Right Bank Street, Suzhou Industrial Park.
  • YuanrongXingzuo Underground Car Park: No. 269 Wangdun Road, Suzhou Industrial Park.
     

*Public transport is strongly recommended especially on weekends and public holidays.

IV. Visitor guidelines and policies

*Visitors must present valid tickets and complete security screening for exhibition entry.

Prohibited items:

  1. Flammable and explosive materials (including balloons), corrosive substances, controlled knives, and other hazardous items
  2. Printed materials, promotional items, slogans, banners, flags, and other items that violate relevant laws and regulations
  3. Any object larger than 30cm × 42cm × 10cm; Large luggage; Umbrella
  4. Food or drinks
  5. Pets or any animal (with the exception of guide dogs)
  6. Any other items that may pose any risk to other visitors or to the Museum's staff or collections


Visitor code of conduct:

  1. The museum will refuse entry to individuals who are intoxicated or dressed inappropriately.
  2. Children or individuals with limited mobility must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  3. Eating, drinking, or chewing gum is prohibited in the museum.
  4. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes or other smoking devices, is prohibited anywhere in the museum.
  5. Please adhere to exhibition etiquette, follow staff guidances, enter and exit the museum in an orderly manner
  6. Please maintain safe distance while queuing.
  7. Running, chasing, climbing, lying down or any disruptive behavior is prohibited in the museum.
  8. Please respect all exhibits and facilities. Crossing barriers, touching exhibits, or causing any damage is prohibited in the museum.
  9. Flash, selfie sticks, tripods, gimbals, or any other auxiliary photographic equipment is prohibited for photography and video recording.
  10. Any media with above photographic equipment needs must apply and get approved by the museum. Photography is prohibited in restricted exhibition areas.
  11. All unauthorized activities including tour guide, lectures, research activities, performances, professional filming, live-streaming, commercial recording etc., are prohibited in the museum.
  12. Please ensure you and your property safe at all times.
  13. In case of any emergencies, please follow staff instructions and evacuate via designated route.


Anyone who violates the above regulations will be subject to the termination of their behavior and ordered to leave the museum. For individuals or groups that refuse to obey management, disrupt the normal visiting order, or cause adverse effects, relevant responsibilities will be pursued in accordance with the law based on the severity of the circumstances.

Please reserve your tour via Suzhou MoCA WeChat Mini Program and collect audio devices from the Information Desk (1F, Hall 1) 10 minutes before your tour begins.

Paid Tour Guide:

Please reserve and pay your tour via Suzhou MoCA WeChat Mini Program or the Information Desk (1F, Hall 1). Please collect audio devices from the Information Desk (1F, Hall 1) 10 minutes before your tour begins. 

*Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 2 hours before the scheduled tour time. Otherwise, the tour guide fee will not be refunded.
